The meeting will open at noon with an introductory presentation by club member John Traister on foraging mushrooms, covering the common types of edible and non-edible fungi found in central PA and how they grow. After the presentation, we will go for a mushroom walk around the park. Come early to hear the talk and have a chance to visit with club members. Please bring a basket or cloth bag to collect mushrooms on the walk.
